The New Windsor-based brand expands its North Carolina barbecue offerings to a second Hudson Valley location with Brothers Barbecue Palisades.

Few things surpass barbecue when it comes to comfort foods, and Brothers Barbecue knows it best. With an impressive collection of “best barbecue” awards from festivals and readers’ polls alike, the family-owned restaurant collective embodies the energy of true southern hospitality. Originally setting up shop in New Windsor in 2008, the barbecue brand now has three locations across New York and New Jersey after recently opening the new Brothers Barbecue Palisades restaurant in West Nyack’s Palisades Center.

Owned and operated by Gavin, Jamie, and Christian Farella, Brothers Barbecue serves up a delicious family tradition of North Caroline barbecue. Although the Farella brothers are all New York natives, they know a thing or two about southern cooking thanks to their summers spent on North Carolina’s Outer Banks in Beaufort, where they learned their way around the kitchen thanks to their mother, aunt, and grandmother.
